The Geek squad services was very nice and professional.

I always get protection plans for my electronics because you never know when you might have something in need of repair. I've had to use a Geek Squad plan once, though not a replacement, and they were quick and very helpful at both diagnosing and helping to fix the problem!

Must have since products will go bad eventually. This will keep it covered past the manufacture warranty.

The agents were able to help me with my return, it was simple and easy. They did it quickly and they are super friendly!

Im not much into purchasing warranty plans for peripheral objects but I've already had to replace some, so why not?

Geeksquad agents were always so friendly, I never had any problem with geeksquad service in any Best Buy store (I went to 4-5 different stores and had service). And because of how smoothly services are, I always recommend my friends to purchase electronic devices from Best Buy and then purchase geeksquad plan rather than anywhere else

Honestly they helped so much and they are so nice which made the encounter very good. Overall I got the issue that I had solved and felt good after the encounter. Also an additional note is that they didn’t make me feel like an idiot during my interaction.

Extremely happy that I purchased the replacement insurance on a backup storage device I purchased. I loaded thousands of pictures onto the device over a couple of weekends. When I went to view the pictures, it was not readable at all. I brought it back to Best Buy, they checked it out, and it was indeed corrupted. Since I had purchased the replacement insurance, they credited me with the full value of the item and I was able to purchase another storage unit of a different maker for a small additional fee.

They have installed screen protectors for my phone and alliwed me to exchange damaged items within warranty quickly. I appreciate that they are quick and helpful.
