Need to have this especially if it’s for a teenager.

I love this keyboard that attaches to the iPad. The keyboard connects easily and disconnects easily, makes it easier for typing in the included case with the keyboard is excellent as well.

Reliable services as advertised, experts in problems and finding suitable solutions that keep the best interest for all to assure a functional device as advertised be repaired and or off all fails maybe replaced or receive a credit back if the rare occurrence that it may not be fixed to its stock condition/performance. Bought this to support my daughter heading off to college. Hadn't had to use it yet, but it's nice knowing if we do, you guys are there. Gives Dad a piece of mind.

I have yet to use it which is good, but having the replacement makes life easier in the event a problem does happen.

Always worth it for those times you go OOPS, did that several times this year for the most part Best Buy and Geek Squad were helpful in a fast and effiecient manner. Only problem I had was when I crashed my drone and it took them two weeks to tell me they were just going to give me my money back, usually they do it there and then not sure what that was about but other than that yea I guess just dont forget to check in on status of items just to be safe so they dont lose you in the system

Highly recommend the warranty especially if you actively use the products every day. Gave me a sense of financially security knowing that if something goes wrong, that I can easily replace it and get another warranty without breaking the bank.

I brought the Corsair headset for them to fix it and they decided that it needed to be replaced, they don’t have anymore of that product so we went looking for another gaming headset and found one. The staff were very helpful and very nice. They made my experience so much easier.

My son says this keyboard works well, and had a mechanical failure. Geek Squad 2 year accidental replacement (via Total Tech) was a godsend, and peace of mind (didn't have to spend another $200 for a replacement keyboard. Totally worth it :)
