Got this for my G Pro Superlight & Superlight X. Worth it for the peace of mind on a premium mouse with a steep price tag. Used it twice because of scroll wheel malfunction and double clicking malfunction. Went in, got a brand new mouse no questions asked.

Im not much into purchasing warranty plans for peripheral objects but I've already had to replace some, so why not?

Always remember to purchase the protection plan for computer system parts never know if you have a problem with it.

They don't mess around. You buy that 2 year protection plan, you bring it to the store and they instantly give you credit. AND you dont have to rebuy the plan, its still in effect. AND you can tie it to your phone number or an email and then you dont need a receipt. I do it on everything I buy there now. I also buy more there so I have a local store and dont have to deal with RMAs

Geek squad warranties are always great. Whenevee my stuff broke it got fixed/replaced with no issues.

This Protection Plan just makes sense for us to have. I love the new keyboard and mouse and I need to keep it working. Since the keyboard and mouse are wireless, they do not live on the top of a desk. I love my wife, however, she is accident prone (and she freely admits it!) and we have a bit of a rambunctious pooch, so accidents can happen. Therefore it made sense to get this Protection Plan with our new keyboard and mouse combo.

Must have since products will go bad eventually. This will keep it covered past the manufacture warranty.

I love it and it works perfectly as a replacement for the work keyboard that finally died. We went in and were told that Best Buy has an old tech buy buck policy so we plan to take advantage of that the next time its offered so we can upgrade the rest of our old computer equipment.

I generally take very good care of my items, but having this as an option is great when other people don't really take care of my stuff.

I brought the Corsair headset for them to fix it and they decided that it needed to be replaced, they don’t have anymore of that product so we went looking for another gaming headset and found one. The staff were very helpful and very nice. They made my experience so much easier.

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. They sent me copies of my service plan without asking and of info I needed when I did ask at the drop of a dime. These guys are all professional, even with this crazy year we just had! worth the 10$ if my mouse ever breaks i can return it for a new one.
