Have had this set for a few years still going strong

It is fine. Like most replacement/warranties, it is fine if you use it.

I used to love the Geek Squad protection for all products I bought from Best Buy, but I don't like it as much as I used to. I don't feel that you get your money's worth. They no longer try to fix in-store. It's now sent off and the coverage isn't as good as it used to be.

In case anything should happen it is a good idea to buy a protection plan in case. Especially if it costs a lot

Accident prone, so always get protection for everything

I love the geek squad protectiin sometimes to high priced for some items.

All depends on the device some devices require a deductible which really makes or breaks the plan

I'm losing faith in Greek squad, I'm not alone in this It's inconsistent, one day you get a guy who seems to know what he's talking about/doing, the next, a guy drops your pc right in front of you as if it were his first time moving one While telling you "uhhh i don't know how to answer that, how about you pay 100 dollars and we'll take it in for A WHOLE WEEK Just to tell you it seems fine I hate to say this but i WILL be speaking to the manager I really don't want to have to look for outside help with my PC

Bought this cause my other one broke and this one seems to be great. Still working after 2 years

I always purchase Best Buy’s warranty they stand behind it very well! I suggest anyone to get their warranty

Pretty good keyboard, snappy response and no issues whatsoever

I always buy the protection plan, which is probably a waste of money, but has saved me a couple of times.

Replacement warranty provides my parents with the security and comfort they deserve if something goes wrong.

Just a basic keyboard. Works great. A little noisy but its good

The products are all functioning well, haven't needed service, but good to know that they are there if needed

In the past I haven't had any problems with Geek Squad, if they couldn't fix a least they will replace it.
