Great especially for headphones. I purchased a Hyper X cloud II a few years ago and after 6 months they broke and got them replaced absolutely free no hassle. The next pair lasted a good while, but unfortunately broke while I was on vacation and when I got back home the warranty had expired just days before so I was a bit out of luck. I bought a new headset and obviously got the protection

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for a quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.

Great way to save a buck. Everyone knows gaming devices get more wear and tear in the heat of the battle than Grandma surfing Cooking recipes. Geek Squad at my Bestbuy store never complained replacement or update to the newer model. No cheap counterfeit items. Goodbye Amazon and Ebay. Great products are important BUT a great company like Bestbuy behind it is more important!

I love this two years accidental replacement membership this is amazin. Sometimes things happen give yourself the peace of mind especially if you have a little one sometime accident happened but having this product will save you a lot of money

I love shopping at best buy! THe customer service, geek squad, and employees are always very helpful when it comes to returns, questions, or shopping in general. I have never had any problems returning an item in-store or online, they have always been exchanged for another item or replaced!

I used my geek squad warranty on a tv that had issues. Although i was able to use it i they deducted 100 dollars off of what i originally paid. Did not make much sense on why but it is what it is.

I've always purchased Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plans on any high value item or item(s) I feel would be prone to damage whenever purchased from Best Buy. Most of the time I don't have a use for this warranty on the devices I get them on but in those times where my item went defective, it really came handy! I highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad Warranty!

It's better to have and not need to need and not have as I like to say. If you buy an item and it craps out in a short period of time after the 30day in store receipt period at least with the protection plan you can still get it repaired or replaced and that saves you extra money from buying another item because of a failure. I have only had to use a warranty once so far and thankful I had it.

Keeps my mind at ease knowing ive got all my bases covered incase something happens to my product. Seriously recommend a protection plan. Never know what could happen

Thankfully I haven't had to replace this keyboard. But I did buy this geek squad replacement plan. The cool thing about this plan is that I bought it for a small price, and if it stops working they will replace it. I bought this keyboard a while back and I use it daily and it still works like the day i bought it. The keys are smooth.

I have yet to use it which is good, but having the replacement makes life easier in the event a problem does happen.
