I’ve always had a good experience with Best Buy and geek squad. I will say this headset in particular has some issues with the cord. It’s detachable which is fine but I have replaced it two times because the audio goes out in one ear. The new cord fixes it , but I may return it if it happens again. I appreciate being able to pay for additional coverage for situations like these.

I legit do NOT buy products WITHOUT Geek Squad's replacement plan. This thing gives me absolute peace of mind on any product I decide to pick up knowing that I can walk up to the store nearby and get things handled if something goes wrong. Highly recommend; worth the cost!

I would be fast to recommend this to anyone, especially when it’s for 2 years or more. Mainly for people doing a lot of moving or people prone to spilling things or people that have playful pets.

I've had some problems with keyboards in the past, so I made sure to purchase this Plan. It's a good thing I did because I had to replace my keyboard in less than a year. It was hassle free and no questions asked once the tech hooked the keyboard up to his computer and couldn't get it to work.

Help ease the task at hand and also the love the construction which both sits well on the table or desk and does not wobble or distract from smooth movements or motions in doing the daily tasks needed . Multiple users of different age group with no complaints. Will purchase again if needed .

Highly recommended! When I purchased a wireless keyboard (in particular, so I could quickly key in text responses and email answers, rather than the letter-by-letter smartphone keyboard pecking method), I also bought the Geek Squad Coverage -- which I consider a wise, reasonably priced, part-and-parcel associated purchase.

The geek squad 2-year replacement never let me down when I had a problem with any products I just called and follow all directions and my product was replaced with no issues so I do recommend this plan or products because you just never know what might happen with something so you always wanna be covered.
