I have Geek Squad Protection on everything I purchase at Best Buy. Worth every penny to have piece of mind if any issues whatsoever with any product!

I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

Glad I had it for when my space key stopped working but even tho I had a year left on it I had to repurchase for the replacement keyboard.

My mouse died 7 months after purchase and I'd have had to deal with the manufacturer w/o the replacement warranty. I walked out with a new mouse. They didn't have the matching replacement so they gave me a full refund and I bought one on sale for less.

This is well worth the money. I've used it so many time not only for the computers but for kindles and portable DVD players. It saves you hundreds of dollars and Best Buy recommend that you bring your devices in annually even if there is nothing wrong with them to have them checked and cleaned up.

Haven’t needed to use it yet for this headset. But in the past when purchasing a $200 headset this service has been a godsend, in replacing the headset with an exact one right off the shelf for no additional cost! So worth it!

Love this replacement plan for monitors, headsets and keyboards, however, i bought it for all 5 computers that I purchased from Best Buy and when I had continuous problems with one of them , they made it impossible to exchange. Thanks god I had geek squad tech support because they worked in that computer multiple times w no extra charge . It seems that the replacement plan is just a waste of money on computers, so unfair because I spent a lot on the insurance and was unable to use it. Get geek squad tech support if possible, much better use of it.

Warranty are great, however Best Buy now does manufacturer warranty if still under that they use that first. Your looking at over two weeks or more before seeing your product again if even fully repaired.

It's great to know that I have this service available if I ever need it. Tech stuff is not something I am good at.

As of right now I have had a great experience with their protection plan. Only down fall sometimes is the wait in line but other than that it's great. Get it for every electronic I buy, the one time I didn't I broke my screen and no geek squad to help me so if you can afford it buy it. Don't be stingy. You never know.

Worth every penny! My son's last headset quit charging 20 months after we purchased it. Two year protection plan covered the full value paid which could be applied to any model.
