Can never go wrong with the additional extended warranty. I, unfortunately, have had to use the warranty in the past and it saved time and money to repair items and replace items. Well worth the extra investment.

I was able to treat these in and just pay another $10 so I could get new headphones. It was a good deal

The headphones are really confortable and light, great for using them a couple of hours for gaming or at work. I have been using them for more than a year daily and haven’t had any wear.

Quite the mouse. It definitely had a lot of customizations when it came to lights and came packed with good specs in terms of DPI and weight. I do wish it came with adjustable weights, as most modern mice have that option. This mouse lasted me two years, in the end I just returned it.

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

I am very pleased with the product. Not only is it a fantastic gift for Christmas it is a awesome product to enjoy.

To me it’s good for the in cases, but I’ve not had to use the service but a couple of times. Each time they solved the issue or I was refunded my money. I just like knowing it’s there in case something happens.

The charging mount I had for Xbox just stopped working one day and I took it back to bestbuy and they gave me a brand new one within minutes

Keyboard works great, but the mouse certainly does not compare to an "Anywhere MX mouse Version 2". Keyboard matches the older mouse. Keyboard works efficiently, not for a speed typist.

Used geek squad warranty before, great service on earbuds cutting out. Went into store swapped for new set, no issues with service warranty.

They’re quick to fix my problem or replace the product. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and plan to use Best Buy for all my electronics.
