The Geed Squad installed the Crucial - MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive for me. I haven't had to use them for anything else yet, but I don't have any complaints with the service I received.

I had Geek Squad come out to deliver and install two TVs. They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again in the future to help install additional purchases.

Definitely would pick geek squad over apple care any time. They have better customer service and even when you don’t have they’re service, they still help you. Apple just asks if you have apple care and if you don’t, then they don’t care.

Great to have when you have children. If it cannot be fixed, they will return money to you to buy a new product of your choice.

I always recommend buying geek squad service on times around $100 or more, preferably closer to $200. I like the no questions asked if there's something wrong with the item and you can get an exchange or in-store credit.
