Geek Squad 2-year accidental replacement plan is awesome to have on any product! I always purchase it with anything I get from Best Buy, always has been a smooth & easy process getting replacements when needed.

Honestly for keys esp the ones that light up this is so good to get; don’t waste your time with the companies you can just go in and replace it no worries

Got the 2 year accidental geek squad Replacement insurance for my Ornata keyboard from Razer through Best Buy, Great to have the security knowing its covered.

Very high responsive. The grey buttons are very nice for when gaming and snowing your home keys. Gamers out there should know that well.

We were offered this 2-year warranty when I bought my son his new keyboard. The price was pretty good for $11 for 2 years. Haven't used it yet so we're hoping that Geek Squad and Best Buy does what it promises to do!

Geek squad basically acts like insurance, if your product breaks they will replace it or give you store credit. I returned my mouse after a year of use because it had a small hole on the side, and they replaced it, no questions asked!
