I haven't used this on the current device it is registered with, but we have used this GS warranty on other devices and have been very happy with the service. We purchase this on all the devices we buy at BB.

I'm happy to have this service just in case a device stops working.

Had them tranzfer gigabite of files from old desktop computer. I provided the portable harddrive that i purchased from them. A tually completed the job 2 days sooner then quoted.

I use this wireless mouse and keyboard for work and never had any issues out it. Relatively cheap too. I would recommend this.

Quality keyboard. Phone holster does not work with a thick case, however. Not a big loss. Responsive keys. No problems at all.

Keyboard started acting up, We took to store and since same keyboard wasn't available anymore, $ money was refunded and we did purchase new different Keyboard. Fully wort the money pas for replacement plan!
