This was a perfect gift for my daughter. She loved it! She's tough on keyboards, so the extra 2 yrs of replacement was welcomed!

I just love the protections plans offered. I can buy from anywhere, but I make ALL my purchases from Best Buy just for the protection plans they offer through the Geek Squad.

I get the Geeksquad coverage one everything I buy at Best Buy. They take back products that break without question and make it easy to exchange so well worth the investment in anything electronic.

Definitely worth it to have the peace of mind when it comes to an expensive tech purchase. You can just walk into the store, tell them whats wrong and they replace the product. hopefully I dont need to use it.

I am happy to have some reassurance that I can replace my SSD, in case anything goes wrong within the next two years.

I love the way the keyboard feels and sounds. The software is also amazing and the wireless dongle has no noticeable delay.

I absolute love this. There has been so many time I have broke my controller and I was able to get a new one for free. In other place they do give it to you like bestbuy. I have first hand experience.

Words cannot express the way I feel about the replacement plan you can purchase through Best Buy. I add it to every purchase that needs one because you never know what can happen. Better to be safe than sorry

Over all great service I was able to drop off my Xbox with no wait an with in 2 days it was finish and working good as now

The agent they did a good job for the mounting my TV on the wall in my Bedroom I enjoy watching TV at night and the cords are all in the way

I had to swap out a keyboard in store due to an obvious design flaw. They didn't even ask me what was wrong, they just let me swap it out. Done. No questions asked. This plan paid for itself!
