The Geeks are all incredible. A wonderful service!!! Love the emails updating what they are doing and the phone call on when computer is ready. They go over with you exactly what they performed when you pick up

The controller is fine but not suggestive for modern war fare games

It's insurance, one of those things that is a total waste of money right up until it isn't. For a smaller product, I wouldn't bother. But for a high dollar and highly abused piece of tech (i.e., a Switch, portable console, nice headphones, etc) it can make your life a whole lot easier.

Paying for the 2 year Geek Squad plan is is very good investment. The first set I bought- the mic stopped working and I was able to get a new set at no cost.

Overall this is a good drive for backing up files. Be warned, if you're going to backup large files, buy a couple of 40-60mm usb fans to keep the drive cool. The ventilation for the 3.5 inch drive inside the case is lacking. By placing a fan on both ends--one blowing air in, and one out--the drive is comfortably cool.

The 2 year Geek Squad Replacement is an excellent deal for the solid state drive I purchased. I do not have to worry about replacing this drive if needed. Geek Squad stands behind their service and warranty.

The replacement was almost magically easy, they didn’t have the exact mouse I wanted so they practically gave me store credit so I can practically upstage the mouse that broke.

I love geek squad replacement warranties. They take the item back in the original box no questions asked. I have yet to use this one, but my son can be rough on things, so I love the peace of mind it brings!

For keyboard and headsets that are used daily we taken advantage of the warranty. Simple to use just trade out the item and pay a few dollars to extend the warranty.

Geeksquad accidental service is always a relief when buying new devices. Never used it, but at least I have something to fall back on.
