Great gets the job done efficiently and never had issues great perk to have when your a gamer

I don’t think the warranty from Best Buy is worth it anymore what they do now is go threw the manufacturer first never using your Best Buy warranty unlesss it goes longer than the manufacturer which these days is 2 years and if your product doesn’t have issues within 2 years it most likely won’t and will be outdated with these fast advancements

Jesse and Dom set up my 3-camera Eufy security system plus 2 WiFi signal boosters. They were professional, personable, and thorough. Get the Geek Squad warrantee. So many of these electronics don't last 2 years and they replace it, or rebuild it for free!

Definitely worth the extra cost! I previously bought Microsoft's Wireless Desktop 850 Mouse/Keyboard combo and both failed due to poor quality within 6 mos. of purchase. If I had paid for this warranty, Best Buy would have replaced at no extra cost. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase that warranty for the 850, so I had to buy a new mouse and keyboard. I now have new equipment, both Logitech, and I have them both protected with this warranty!

Purchased for a high cost monitor that died. GeekSquad got me a new unit and within minutes I was leaving with my new monitor.

The headset is a good brand but over time the mic doesn’t work and it ends up not being able to mute or anything be gentle with the Bluetooth connector because it may bend in half

Every time something has broken I was able to bring it in and get a replacement with no problems. Other stores sometimes make it a complicated process, but since they pretty much cover everything you don't really have to worry.

Warranty for any hardware you would buy, definitely worth it If you're buying a big ticket item. Terms are super linient which I like.
