Bought this to support my daughter heading off to college. Hadn't had to use it yet, but it's nice knowing if we do, you guys are there. Gives Dad a piece of mind.

It works great. It's the best mouse I have had for gaming!

Haven't used the protection plan for the item purchased it with recently, BUT I have used the protection plan in the past for other items I had one with and it's a good option just to be on the safe side of things. Either you will get a repair or replacement and that will save you from having to buy a new item after using it for a period of time within the plan period of coverage.

It's my travel keyboard and mouse. Love that it fits in my bag.

This expansion card has let me go from 5 games to over 20 and I still have some room. I’m very pleased. Must buy!

Came with the computer and nothing special (wireless) but they do work good. The function keys require that you hold down a fn key and the press the number key like for renaming a folder or file you have to hold down the fn key and at same time hit the #2 key. A little different but you can get use to it. Mouse is just a simple mouse nothing special but wireless and works.

Any issues I've ever had geek squad as been there with their great customer service and any questions they got got you

[Employee of bestbuy] Got this for my Razer Orochi mouse just because I know a lot of gaming mice are prone to double clicking issues. This is just for reassurance in case that does happen to my gaming mouse, so I can just go and get it exchanged at a Best Buy store.

It’s a warranty that is a must. You may never need it but better to have in case you do.

This keyboard does it all and it is very colorful.

They Provide the best service and always are helpful in problems relating to damaged products, repairs, and warranty issues. Not once have I had an issue where they couldn't come to a solution to my problems, Having Warranty with Geek Squad is A MUST.

Best keyboard for your office computer, very good price

If you ever have that "I'm not 100% sure" feeling when buying a product, don't hesitate to front the extra few bucks to purchase the 2-year protection service. The service is phenomenal and has saved me in the past when certain electronics started malfunctioning after an extended period of time.

Had issues with 1 of my controllers they replaced it after a year with no questions. Highly recommend
