I would always recommend getting protection coverage with each purchase. If anything happens you take back the item and get a replacement. They don't hassle you about how or why, they just take care of you.

Having protection for your electronics is extremely important. In the event that your purchase needs to be replaced or repaired so to a malfunction Geek Squad had you covered! It’s a great investment.

Got a replacement for my razer kraken kitty edition. Had a warranty on it for $25 or $35 dollars. it’s pretty cool but sucks it only last one time.

This is the only way to protect your electronics. A must for every purchase!! Iykyk

I'm glad she got us through the past, almost 4 years, but sadly at almost the 4 year mark it needs replacing

nice big keys, easy to use. the mouse is a little slow to respond at times but all in all great.

Have had to use the warranties pirchased a few times over the years. They're always very helpful.

For keyboard and headsets that are used daily we taken advantage of the warranty. Simple to use just trade out the item and pay a few dollars to extend the warranty.

Paying for the 2 year Geek Squad plan is is very good investment. The first set I bought- the mic stopped working and I was able to get a new set at no cost.

I always buy best buy protection, especially when the discounts are really good, it's like they are buying it for you Do IT

Always use this cause it saves you so much in the long run!

It's insurance, one of those things that is a total waste of money right up until it isn't. For a smaller product, I wouldn't bother. But for a high dollar and highly abused piece of tech (i.e., a Switch, portable console, nice headphones, etc) it can make your life a whole lot easier.
