Don't know yet - I bought the service on a MS 5050 keyboard which I like. Because I have bought this keyboard a few times before, and because they always seem to fail in the same way, I felt the need.

I went back to my Logitech Pro wired keyboard. The buttons pop off too quickly and easily press 2 at the same time . It's hard to game with. I love its wireless. Hopefully, they can make it as good as my pro next time.

I mean I haven’t been able to get the chance to use them yet.

From experience when it comes to a computer mouse or headset it’s always imperative to buy a warranty. Specially if they were pricey. Nowadays technology is not made to last.

It was not hard to install but I keep getting letter even though I don't type it. I did not information on how to delete it.

The keys did work good they kept sticking maybe a got a defective keyboard

Not sure why I got this - never used it. Typically I think these are not worth the money...

I've never had to use this yet so, I hope it's good. Given that I got this for a purchase for my daughter, who is accident prone, I hope it lives up to what they claim. Will update if needed.

The warranty seems good though. In csse my controller breaks

This was a waste of money in my opinion for what I bought it for, which were gaming headphones. Maybe for a phone or something more expensive it would be worth it.

I had two pairs of this headset. Both have broken near the top. Otherwise, it is a great headset. Just buy the Accidental Geek Squad Replacement plan if you really want them.

Has a lot of issues, buttons stick and arent super responsive, but it was cheap

Worked as needed. Was not the nicest from a fit and finish standpoint, but it worked as intended

Singal range is a lie and very weak on the keyboard but mouse us great , i have used new brand name batteries

I wouldn’t recommend the skateboard it didn’t last long the key started sticking and breaking I would go with something a little bit more expensive but for starters I guess it would work

Haven't used it yet but the value seems good. If I have to use it and it goes well I will update this.

Had problems with comp. and screen which was fixed at the store. Also the mouse broke months ago and one was supposed to be ordered. But he also just had 6 keys go out on his keyboard. The person I spoke with at the store the day I purchased the hdmi cord for the comp. was going to order the mouse. And my son told me that evening his keyboard wasn’t working either. I would like to get the day I can get the mouse and get a keyboard replaced. Both are under warranty. Thank you, Tammy Walker 9362087712

Great keyboard but feels cheap compared to other boards. Switches are great though. Fast and great for not gaming and any other work
