i should stop buying these because i never use them or forget i have it. but i keep buying them.

When I purchased the warranty, I could send in the product or they would come to my home. They changed the terms and I had to beg for them to send me a label to retain it as I would have had to drive hours otherwise to personally return this to a store.

Its a warranty, take what you will from it. haven't had to use it quite yet

Son enjoys the keyboard. But complains that it doesn’t tasty connected to the laptop

I did not need to use this for my logitech mouse for which I bought the replacement service. I now need to replace the mouse after 3 years of use, but am outside of the two year window.

Some time it work some time they dont give new one but for computer they are ok

I spent $256 for them to send me this. I’m not going to spend my money on Best Buy anymore.

This two year protection plan was purchased simply for my own peace on mind.

Great headset quality wise, but the battery for me is a letdown. I would charge it overnight, to die within an hour after starting to use them.

Some Geek Squad personnel are very good in helping remotely; however, some are not helpful.

I really don't see the need to buy Geek Squad accidental replacement plan for every electronic you buy. That money adds up. I have electronics that went pass the plan without any issues so I don't really see the need to buy a plan for every electronic. Why not offer plans that will cover all of your customer's electronics.

can't really say about the service yet but good to have extra protection just incase.

Do not buy this type of plan for radio equipment. It won’t be covered. It won’t be covered. It will be sent to be repaired. Might as well save you the money and keep manufacturer’s warranty.

worst replacement plan ever, after a year my son went to replace the mouse cause it was not working and was not even accidental it was malfunction and the guy there said that this plan is not even with the store or the geek squad like it said on the description, it was with the company (razer) and they just give him a credit for less than half of the regular price of the mouse cause it was on sale and i have to put the difference for a new one, so basically i waist my money on that insurance it is highly recommended not to get any of this extended warranties for the geek squad cause is a waist of money...
