You buy these services thinking they will make things easy. At the end of the day they just make you jump through hoops to identify an issue you tell them about.

This is the typical coverage plan they sell you for everything you buy. Please stop asking if I need this or don't. ITs kind of silly not to offer this for free. As it stands you need to buy the coverage, login, register your product. I couldn't register my product and now my coverage is pointless. Asking for a refund gets you put into an ever cyclical loop of 'sorry we can't refund you and even though you can't register your product we don't care' Sad and useless. Used to be worth it not anymore.

Product didn't last long for the price. Not a good deal

The keyboard and mouse were cheaply made and they did not last even 3 months

The connection is VERY weak. The mouse has never worked and I cannot find my receipt to return it. However I like the keyboard and how it types

Be carful to read the details very carefully. Geek squad warranty will be considered fulfilled even if there are manufactured defects and you use manufacture warranty within 1st year of purchase date.

Hard to type can't control the color board. There were no instructions in the box. Too wide of a key board. I tried it for a month. But then was told it was too late to return it. I want to return it. It is now sitting in a box and I have no key board. Uuuugggghhh!!!

When purchasing the $99 Logitech MX Keys keyboard i decided to pay $15 of the 2 year plan. So with product in hand I stopped by the Geek Squad where a very nice new young employee attempted in vain to have his boss (standing next to him) answer a simple question about how the program works. The response from the boss wast RUDE CONDENSING and horrible treatment! This manager needs serious TRAINING in being CIVIL to customers!!

Zero stars for quality control! I literally just received this half hour ago. went through unboxing and setting it just to plug it in and.... nothing. No power. Tried different outlets and same result, the power light wont turn on nor is there any sound from the speakers. Pluged in the cheap ones that I have been using and have sound. These WILL be going back for a refund. I guess I will try Klipsch next.

pointless. you have the protection plan and you still gotta pay out of pocket for things. the coverage is very limited and only in rare instances do the covered accidents happen.

I bought this on accident. It's very easy to overlook this add-on when checking out. Generally speaking, I do not purchase insurance on items that are easily and cheaply replaced.

I got this to use with my keyboard and mouse but i never got the confirmation email to set it up. I tryed contacting the support phone number and got the run around so i just chucked it up as a lose and got a Allstate plan instead.
