It’s a warranty that is a must. You may never need it but better to have in case you do.

When I got my monitor the never explained how the guaranteed worked so when I cracked my screen I thought I could get a replacement but when I went the said it didn’t cover cracked screens but they never told me that

These guys are great not only did they help guide me through all the different options I had when browsing but after buying when I had questions or concerns guiding me through setup and adding features. I love the warranty for best buy cause you would get your money back even though the item is not the same price you will get it for the price you bought it, it is really great to have warranty and be fully covered in case anything goes wrong.
