One of my headsets got damaged. Luckily I had the geek squad replacement and was able to exchange the product for a brand new one. The only thing is when you get the new one you have to get the protection again it does not roll over. Still worth it though.

Geek Squad Protection is awesome, its a much better protection plan than most other companies offer. Only thing better is just havjng Totaltech and getting the protection on everything automatically!

I was unable to use the warranty because my product never broke but it makes me feel good that I could have replaced them through the moves I have made through out the years.

The geek squad protection saved me big time. Right before my two year period ended my previous headphones stopped working but thanks to the geek squad warranty I was able to get them replaced no questions asked. 10/10 would buy this with any purchases I make from now on

I like the fact that I can return the keyboard to Best Buy for replacement with the Geek Squad seervice.

I like to use a wireless keyboard and mouse for my desktop computer because I can sit on my couch instead of in front of the desk. This works well.

Haven't used the plan yet, but it was for a gift and the transfer of the plan to the person I bought it for went well. The customer service representative on the phone quickly accessed the plan information, input the new owner information and explained an email would be sent to the new owner with all the necessary plan information. Only problem I have is that this shouldn't be necessary. The web site should have a way to enter the correct information for a plan when the purchase is a gift.

Just think about the future of you are gonna have kids or pets that love to counter surf, it’s a good way of knowing they will replace it no questions asked. Anything can happen.

For the modest amount of the 2 year replacement, I got my sticky key keyboard replaced. Best deal yet.

Accidental Geek Squad Replacement This is just a must have when getting electronics for my children especially. It has saved my real money when I have to get a replacement because it item falls after "their normal wear and tear" on the item

Ended up going back to huntsman mini. Nice, not huge diff in keyboard but big price gap.
