GEEK Squad has been very helpful in pass 3months. Laptop was compromised, then took a fall on floor. They have worked wonders for me. Suggested what protection drive and anti-virus to use they loaded everything needed. Thank you!

Solid keyboard for what the gf needed it for. The music functions work very well with youtube and spotify. Have not had any issues with it physically or connection wise.

best warranty out there, it not only covers everything, it's easy!! bring your item to the store and let them do the rest!

This keyboard is extremely quiet ... It takes a little while to get used to the key binds since it has no arrow keys or F1-F12 keys but that only takes like a week until you get the shortcuts down pat.

I have taken advantage of having and making a claim on items I have purchased from best buy and it has proved its worth. I always buy a geek squad warranty on those items that I need to be sure I can get quickly serviced and repaired.
