Very sensitive quick response keyboard. Great for gaming. I accidentally push keys because of how sensitive they are which is a great thing, just have to get used to it.

The wife loves the versatility of being wireless for her work station now.

I can only guess at the overall rating , as I have not had to use it yet., However when the first printer did not work, they did come back and install the new one for no extra charge, and that's within the week.

I use it everyday. It does everything i need and for a good price.
