In 2010, I bought Geek Squad support for my MacBook that had a corrupted hard drive. They diagnosed it for "free" after enrolling, but were still going to charge for labor and replacement of the hard drive, several hundred dollars. A broke 19 year old at the time, I walked away a bit jaded and I never thought I'd buy Geek Squad protection again. Fast Forward a few years and now I'm a professional video creator. I can't risk not having my gear, so I decided to give Geek Squad another shot... In 2021, I purchased Geek Squad for my DJI Drone... and proceeded to crash it directly into a river the very next day. I threw off my glasses and all of my gear then dived in. I managed rescuing the drone from the depths... but it was too late. I covered it with rice for 2 days straight but had no luck. With a wedding coming up in 2 days, I NEEDED to be able to film this thing.... So I cashed in the insurance. It took 5 minutes. I walked in with a broken drone, and I left with a brand new one. This happened AGAIN with a $2300 camera lens as well. It took about 10 minutes this time, but the lens got shipped to my house and was there in mere days, just in time for the next gig. It was somehow even sharper than the beloved lens I had traded in. My full faith in Geek Squad was not only restored, but I've since become a raving fan. I will never NOT get the Geek Squad insurance from here on out, and you shouldn't either.

Great protection and will last me longer than the keyboard. Definitely will make good use.

These are great! I was initially going to get the Sony Pulse headset. But then I saw these on sale for $35! They were to good to pass up! They are nice and loud and got some good bass! I just subscribed to Apple Music through Verizon. I downloaded the Apple Music app to my PS5 and listening to music on these is great to! I don't game as much as I used to, so I haven't really tried long gaming sessions with them. So I've got great battery life out of them. I've only had to charge them a few times since I got them. Only downside is no 3.5 jack on it to use with other devices. It's only the USB adapter so they only connect wireless. I've tried them on my PS4, PS5 and PC! On PC I did notice some issues with not hearing side characters in Gears 5. But it may need some adjustments.

One of my cats spilled soda all over my keyboard. Thankfully with the warranty, I was able to replace my keyboard the same day, free of cost!

i got the headphones 2 times and i love the way you can switch from gaming to listening to music on your phone with blue tooth it gets wayyyy louder on your phone and the game audio is good mic quality fire you can take it out and put it in and you can swipe the mic up to mute it

Easy to use, love that it connects to multiple devices, silent/soft clicks. I wish the box came with directions on how to setup the buttons though. The scroller gets stuck often (might be a feature) and clicks don’t always register.

The keyboard is so fun! It will rub off the numbers due to your hands so maybe the product can come with better paint? Other than that I love it! So many colors

I recommend 2-year warranty for all who get anything electronic. Never know when it may be used.

Love the Black Widow V3 mini Hyper speed works flawlessly. Love the smaller form factor. The RGB is pretty cool as well. Long battery life

Brought my mouse in for a clicker issue and in the same day, merely a few hours in, they got me set right. Appreciate the help.

These sound great, not as loud as the wired version, but still have great sound clarity and great battery life. I like metal headband for the durability and the cushions on headstrap and ear pads are super comfy. I highly recommend the protection plan, just in case they get broke or stop working, getting them replaced was super easy!

All members of the Geek Squad that I have meet with were really polite, pleasant and very helpful. They also worked hard to set up my computer the way I wanted and needed, In addition, they worked with me to try various different items to make sure that I had the info that I needed. I was very happy with each person 3 different times !!

Very happy with the cheap waranty on the product and glad to know that my keyboard is protected in case of accidents.

Haven’t used yet but definitely helpful if needed.
