I would be fast to recommend this to anyone, especially when it’s for 2 years or more. Mainly for people doing a lot of moving or people prone to spilling things or people that have playful pets.

Very much worth getting a warrenty to have a seemless return/exchange for a defective product if need be

Geek squad returned my item, and went to the back to find me the replacement headset I wanted.

Still using 5 years later, geek squad always had my back when I experienced water damage at work.

I got this for my headset which I return every two years. Geek Squad however is hit or miss. I brought a laptop my and they told me they replaced the motherboard and the hard drive on it. The motherboard was changed but I don’t have a hard drive…….. I have an SSD.

Great product I would most definitely purchase again

Great product, really easy connection and the ease of use it’s amazing.

Good to have they will cover any damage that happens to the controller whether it be physical or internal.

Always helps to have a back up protection. Definitely gives you a peace of mind, for if your items has an issue. I think of all the things I should have gotten a warranty for, but didn’t wanna pay a few bucks more for. Then ended up having to get a new one and pay the full price again. Always get a protection plan.

Funtioncal no lollygagging straight the point, everything you could want!

My mouse died 7 months after purchase and I'd have had to deal with the manufacturer w/o the replacement warranty. I walked out with a new mouse. They didn't have the matching replacement so they gave me a full refund and I bought one on sale for less.

any returns for damage/faults with products are always quick and easy, i always prefer buying tech from here so i can use this warranty

Great keyboard and easy to find at the store able to connect easily and super long battery life

My daughter loves this keyboard and i am glad to have a protection plan in cause she has an accident.
