That’s warranty that Best Buy has is amazing and great because if you buy the warranty with an item and something happens to the item you get a whole item brand new with no cost at all she get a whole new item for free

Again, I have NOT had to use the service as of yet, however; it is a comfort to know it's there should I need it.

they offer to install things for you and have a live agent if you need help

Thankfully I haven't had to use the Geek Squad for my purchased items.

I often get this Geek Squad service since it does not happen often but when something breaks I just want it replaced or fixed right away without a lot of questions and this is what it does, Happy with my purchase

Very good I like it because of the metal it has on the headset and the different things you can do with the sounds bass. You can do a lot with this headset to improve it.

I had a small issue with the purchase but they replaced the headset when I told them about it. Very respectful and hardworking people.
