Just received this so luckily haven't had to use it yet. Thankful it's offered though at a decent price. Anytime we have used geek squad in the past they are always helpful and efficient.

LOVE this mouse. Not only is it functions on all kinds of levels that others have but i have dragged this mouse everywhere and have dropped it a few times and it's still good to go.

Great keyboard, lasted me years before I had to buy a new one.

I always purchase a Geek Squad product warranty whenever I purchase any electronics from Best Buy to protect my products. I trust Geek Squad to adequately repair or replace my product.

It is worth it! It is a nice cushion, I always purchase it when available. There have been plenty of time I didn't need it. But the times I did, made it well worth it.

I highly recommended this for any and all electronics purchases. I returned equipment that failed and received a full refund. This is way better than dealing with similar warranty programs.

The insurance worked at least for getting my money back in the keyboard. I didn’t like the keyboard as much as my hyperx alloy mechanical keyboard and also the lighting and keyboard itself would sometimes malfunction but it will fix by just replugging it into my pc once again. (Basically just resetting the keyboard)

Very good keyboard my son loves it, he has alot of keyboards but this one is his favorite by far
