Great service. We had an issue with a mouse we had purchased. The service member was great and was able to replace the piece without difficulty.

Having protection on the headset I just bought comforts my brain, I'm not gonna lie. I can easily see something bad happening to said headset, so this was a no brainer honestly

It great most of the time but every now and then certain keys get stuck. When I'm writing notes, I don't realize that I've made so many mistakes, This time it was the "f" and "t" that sticks. I have a hand hold small vacuum and ran that over the keyboard but it still didn't help,.

I have sore finger joints and this keyboard is surpisingly easy to clikc and is really quiet, too.

Never had an issue getting the store credit issued as a gift card. Just make sure to bring paper receipts if you have them.

Bought this for my mom for a laptop that's docked most of the time, works well enough, only complaint is that I couldn't get everything to work directly through the computers bluetooth, or through the usb hub using the included dongle, but the dongle is small enough it's barely noticeable on the laptop undocked.

Geek squad protection is a must when you have children especially gamers who require head phones that they hear every noise. They will eventually break down with the amount of use.
