Haven't had to use this warranty but have yet to have a problem with bestbuy honoring their warranties, definitely a good investment.

I like the fact that if I don’t like a product, they will refund and/or exchange it for a totally different one, regardless of brand.

Bought this since the keyboard I purchased was a refurbished board.......insurance :) Have not had to use it so far.
