With Geek Squad sometimes you get wonderful service, sometimes not. When you call to set up the appointment that is mostly a horrible experience. Getting a good agent to service your equipment is mostly great. I recommend this because without it you have nothing.

Great service and always good to have the piece of mind that your stuff is protect and will be refunded or replaced if something happens.
