The Best keyboard and mouse bundle out there. I used Logitech before, but I think Corssair's one is better. You can get it without hesitation. btw The standard version is cheaper now! I Would recommend getting the standard version as you will get a full-size keyboard. I couldn't say enough good things about Best Buy's protection plan. It has always been an easy thing when we have had things fail or need to have them worked on. If Best Buy can fix them, they do and if not, then they replace them with a new product. If they no longer carry that product, they refund the purchase price (minus the protection plan of course) and allow you to purchase a new product if you wish. To me that has been the simplest thing for us. As long as we maintain the protection plan, it has been as simple as schedule service or take the product back to any Best Buy and they take care of it for us. Simple, no hassle. I would recommend no doubt!

Get the Geek Squad warrantee. So many of these electronics don't last 2 years and they replace it, or rebuild it for free!

Love haveing the geek squad protection if my batery starts to wear out i juat pay 50 bucks and get a brand new headset

Glad I bought this. Wasn't too sure if I had a faulty product but easily can replace it without worrying if Best Buy would accept the original product I bought. I feel more comfortable buying this than risking getting a product that could be user-blamed and not get a refund/exchange. I'm normally not the type that goes to costumer service so it eases my worry knowing I'm guaranteed to get an replacement!

This is a solid headset for the price. The sound quality isn't unbalanced nice amount of high and lows. There are some over the top embelishments tho on some highs if you have sensitive hearing like me. I use it for playstation and my pc. On pc its easy enough to adjust the highs, but not on console. Has decent wireless range, though if you have it in another room, and you walk out and the signal has to pass through a couple walls you will get interference or cuts outs. The 3d sound is great on console, but really shines on pc, with the help of the razer apps. Battery life is great. Had the heqdset for almost a year now. So far theres sign of battery weakening and it does not dishcarge rapidly if unused for awhile. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Geek squad offers the best protection plan on products. It has never failed me in a time of need. Whenever an item broke or needed to be fixed they were quick to help, either replacing my product completely or repairing if possible. Depending on the type of plan and what it covered for your specific device. Geek squad protection plan is the exact reason I always purchase my tech through Best-Buy!

i had a problem with my speaker and i had a warranty with it also which helped me so much that i got a new replacement, i was also given a option to pick any other speakers that were around the same price, i was offered a shipping to my house and i got my speakers in 2 days

After doing research on Geek Squad protection plan I decided to buy it, it seems to be the best deal you can find and easier then most companies warranty. Talk to Best Buy and let them explain it and I promise if yo are buying something for a kid as a gift and it's expensive you will not regret buying this protection plan it will be the best money spent. Geek Squad is easy to work with and if they don't have the same product you bought they will give you a gift card for the same amount you paid for the original product so you can replace it will something at the same price or just put it towards something to help replace what broke.

I had a warranty for a rival 650 mouse from them (I had had it for about a year) and at one point the glue that held on the pads sort of "went bad" is the only way I can put it. The pads started sliding around and the glue squished out from under them. It was really easy to use my warranty. I just went into Bestbuy with the parts, went to the geek squad counter, explained the issue, and they took the pieces and gave me store credit for it. I got a g502 lightspeed with that which I am also enjoying. I was even missing a couple of the included weights from the rival 650 but they still did it. I'm getting their protection for every item from Bestbuy from now on.
