As a photographer, I use this product on a daily basis to store all of my RAW/JPEG format files. It's fast. Reliable. Never had an issue with it yet. Works for all of my storage needs. As long as you take care of it and don't bump, or drop it AND make sure you eject the device properly every time before unplugging.. you shouldn't have any issues with it!

The Replacement plans with Best buy are great. If anything goes wrong you just bring the item in and get a Grift card to repurchase or purchase something different.

My geek squad service is perfect I can trade any item I put it on with ease and even if this item is damaged which is even better.

of course I have geek squad protection- it's easier than the manufacturer that's for sure

Always a good idea to snag insurance. Luckily have not had to utilize it yet on the device i currently have, but I've taken advantage of their insurance in the past.

Best buy warranties are worth every penny. The exchange/replacement process is so painless and easy. Walk in with defective item, out a few minutes later with a new one. Doesnt get much easier

Best Buy has good customer service,so this was an easy decision for me on my more expensive items(especially if i dont buy sony).

Didn’t really use the service but they haven’t been bad in the past. Last time we used their services maybe they just say over the phone instead of us coming in to find out they don’t have anyone qualified in custom computers. We should have known.

Bought this warranty with the headset. The headset broke. I did not have a receipt and Best Buy returned it with no questions asked. They looked up my warranty with my phone number. Went flawlessly. I normally don’t buy the warranty but it was cheap and paid off for once.

My hard drive crashed. Took it to Geek Squad as I have in the past and they were able to get it up and running in the time they specified. They are everything that they advertise and more. Highly trained professionals who care about their customers.

Worth the investment. It has already helped us by being able to replace an item covered under this at no cost to us. I would gladly purchase this again.

This keyboard is our 2nd replacement of the SAME keyboard. We love that it is a standard model. We like the click resistance, that it is backlit and the brightness is adjustable. We also wanted a corded one. This fits the bill totally. Just what we wanted!
