Just had to use this for the first time. Had some pixels die in my monitor I had just bought in may of this year. I called to see what my warranty would cover expecting the worst. Instead they were amazing! And super friendly and easy to deal with!

Everything is still a okay.. haven't had to use them but it's nice to have the security of breakdown fixed

The keyboard is so cool, I touch it and the keyboard turn on light of leds inside to see easy in the dark the letters is so great
