Have always had a good experience with Best Buy warranties. They have saved me a ton of money, particularly on headphones over the years. The Best Buy app makes it easy to track my warranty dates as well.

Purchased in pepto pink for a coworker and they love it. Works great. No issues.

Again, I have NOT had to use the service as of yet, however; it is a comfort to know it's there should I need it.

Haven't had to use one of their warranty plans yet. Great to have them though just incase.

I purchased this for my 16 year old son during covid lockdown and I must say it's been holding up pretty well he beats the crap out of his things and this thing seems to be putting up with it.

Until today I don't know what the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement is about, but I suppose that I am protected from any accident I have with my equipment that I have bought at Best Buy so that leaves me calm.

I'm a gamer and my keyboards get a lot of usage, I always buy the geek squad replacement plan no matter what. Never know what can go bad with electronics. It's a no hassle exchange, the only way to go.

I've used the 2 year replacement for most of my peripherals. Never had an issues replacing old products. Good value.
