Love the keyboard.................................

Whenever I purchase hardware and software from Best Buy, I purchase the Geek Quad warranty but I have not had to use. But it’s better to have it and don’t need it, then to need it and not have it.

East to talk with over the phone about a connection issue I had. The people I've had experience with are very good at their job. Friendly and general work / customer attitudes are very good.

Geeksquad accidental service is always a relief when buying new devices. Never used it, but at least I have something to fall back on.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't get the geek squad insurance. Nice to have the piece of mind to take it straight to best buy and get things taken care of if you have a problem. Very pleased

Dont think ill be using it but its always good to have a Plan B at a good orice

Got a plan, I always get one. At least on items that break down a lot. They always pay for themselves

Whenever I needed to use the Geek Squad for my covered repair it fairly painless and effecient.

I'm glad she got us through the past, almost 4 years, but sadly at almost the 4 year mark it needs replacing

I normally always purchase additional warranty with electronics or really any purchase that costs over $100 or more :)

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

My wife loves her keyboard and mouse. We love that you can program it to multiple computers so she can use the keyboard she loves and is a custom using on my laptop and hers.

I returned and replace a monitor without any issues.

[Employee of bestbuy] Haven't needed to use it but it's always great to have it incase something happens.

Very cool warranty. Friends had bad experiences with Amazon warranty services so I will be sticking with bestbuy's

I like buying warranties covered by Geek Squad because it allows me to return a non working item for an even exchange or full refund if they don't have the item in stock.

Its was a great purchase, would recommend it, for anyone who likes wide keyboards.

It's always worth buying a protection plan and best buy has a good one
