Pretty good, specially if things go wrong. It's good to know Best Buy's got your back. And for the amount of money it costs...I find it better than Apple Care.

Im so impressed with Best Buy has this 2 year protection plans ...I encourage buyers to purchaes this.

Haven't had to use it, but the cheap protection for an expensive SSD is a nice thing to have especially if you bought refurbished.
