Attached the USB dongle to my PC and got everything set up and running and have been using this headset for a few days doing some heavy gaming sessions and I have zero complaints. Friends say they can hear me crystal clear and the game sounds are perfectly fine. Battery life is amazing! Great job Razor! Since these headsets can be problematic, I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty but hopefully I won't need it.

Geek Squad is Amazing, got to give Extra Credit to Alex, great people, polite, professional, and Friendly Alex did a great job for me. I check to Best Buy web site, Best Buy is my go-to Place for my electronics

WOW! This is the best plan for the money. PLEASE as always, be sure to read all paperwork about returns or replacements before you sign…., which I did. And it was a great decision on my part. I had a high priced item that failed within two weeks of purchase. IF I hadn’t had this coverage, or coverage for the geek squad to come out and check the item… I would have lost all my money on the one item, and then some. Repairs, if possible, would probably have been expensive. But because I purchased this plan along with my membership… IT SAVED ME HEARTACHE! Thanks Best Buy, for standing behind your coverage snd products. RECOMMENDED If you can afford it. It’s worth it.

I am aiming to get a Gaming Pc in the near future but only had a xbox series s when i picked up the keyboard. it has a gaming mode you can activate using the F12 key and it takes away all expected input delay, for mice i cant always say the same. if youre on a budget and need something that has a good metal frame, has durable switches, and interchangable keys with a customizeable RGB board, this is this keyboard to go with.

The Best keyboard and mouse bundle out there. I used Logitech before, but I think Corssair's one is better. You can get it without hesitation. btw The standard version is cheaper now! I Would recommend getting the standard version as you will get a full-size keyboard. Always and I mean Always purchase protection the Geek Squad Plans are a lifesaver they ensure that if your product goes bad you're not stuck without a replacement or repair option. Things fail, but you can replace.

I couldn't say enough good things about Best Buy's protection plan. It has always been an easy thing when we have had things fail or need to have them worked on. If Best Buy can fix them, they do and if not, then they replace them with a new product. If they no longer carry that product, they refund the purchase price (minus the protection plan of course) and allow you to purchase a new product if you wish. To me that has been the simplest thing for us. As long as we maintain the protection plan, it has been as simple as schedule service or take the product back to any Best Buy and they take care of it for us. Simple, no hassle. I would recommend no doubt!

It's silly not to buy the protection plan on something like a $150+ mouse. The peace of mind knowing that if it stops working right, I can walk into Best Buy and walk out with a new one is a big comfort. I don't feel that the manufacturer's warranty is sufficient because I'm without my peripheral during the transit time back and forth with the manufacturer/

Great gets the job done efficiently and never had issues great perk to have when your a gamer
