Geek squad insurance is always reliable and trustworthy

Replacement of gaming keyboard was a breeze once we survived the poorly designed navigation of the automated website and phone systems. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while we worked out what to do since the keyboard we wanted was no longer available.

I get the GS plans on everything i can, when i can becsuse i know ill be covered. If it cant be fixed, itll be replaced. Its such a nice feeling to know that youre protected no matter what!

Get the warranty because you never know. My keyboard just stopped working and I loved that keyboard but they did not have that same board so I purchased a cheaper on. I wasn't happy about it but lease I got a new replacement

Always use protection I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

Added on the 2 year replacement when i purchased a WD external hard drive at best buy, and unfortunately had to use it just a few months before the 2 year period. It was very easy to use, best buy didn't give me any hassle, and was able to purchase a better drive that cost less than the original.

I never liked using the mouse on a laptop. Love this set. I do wish the keyboard was not as long

What's there not to like about geek squad service. I get geek squad almost on every single product I purchase. Actually I go to Best buy over Amazon just sometimes to take advantage of the geek squad. There's something very satisfying knowing that your products that are usually expensive electronics are covered under a warranty. Not just any warranty The geek squad warranty is one of the best out.
