Purchased this because my son is avid gamer who's trying to start up his ow streaming channel. So I figured is best to have extra protection but I haven't had to use it yet

Always worth it for those times you go OOPS, did that several times this year for the most part Best Buy and Geek Squad were helpful in a fast and effiecient manner. Only problem I had was when I crashed my drone and it took them two weeks to tell me they were just going to give me my money back, usually they do it there and then not sure what that was about but other than that yea I guess just dont forget to check in on status of items just to be safe so they dont lose you in the system

I generally take very good care of my items, but having this as an option is great when other people don't really take care of my stuff.

I will never purchase any electronic or gaming accessory from best buy without including the accidental warranty coverage. It is always a no hassle return/exchange and has never once given me trouble. I live in a house with a very curious and ambitious cat who loves to chew cables, so this is a must for me.

Best Buy employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful. This is why I keep coming back! They were able to help me every time I had an issue and always able get me exactly what I needed.

Very easy to make claims on. I had a replacement plan. I just walked in and they exchanged it for same product on the spot hassle free. And i was able to repurchase a protection plan on the new item to keep it going. Which saved me well over 100 dollars. Which is why i strictly buy my electronics from this store.

I buy alot electronic devices cameras, gaming consoles computers and everytime i buy the warranty because i know some of the will eventually ware off so everytime i go to the store the process its really fast and effective so thats why i always buy with best buy and a warranty with geek squad

Reliable services as advertised, experts in problems and finding suitable solutions that keep the best interest for all to assure a functional device as advertised be repaired and or off all fails maybe replaced or receive a credit back if the rare occurrence that it may not be fixed to its stock condition/performance. Excellent protection plan, I love that it's totally upfront and there's no technicalities that they might use against you. You show them the product, explain what happened, and they take care of it from there. I always get it when I purchase important or difficult to replace products!

Bought the geek squad warranty for my keyboard as it wasn’t too expensive, unfortunately my keyboard started to act up but the warranty let me exchange it for a new one a year later. Definitely recommend GSP on your heavy use devices
