Every time I have had to take my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad for an issue I was experiencing, the geek squad employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the issues I was having. Geek squad was able to fix the issue in the store.

Extremely happy that I purchased the replacement insurance on a backup storage device I purchased. I loaded thousands of pictures onto the device over a couple of weekends. When I went to view the pictures, it was not readable at all. I brought it back to Best Buy, they checked it out, and it was indeed corrupted. Since I had purchased the replacement insurance, they credited me with the full value of the item and I was able to purchase another storage unit of a different maker for a small additional fee.

Best Buy employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful. This is why I keep coming back! They were able to help me every time I had an issue and always able get me exactly what I needed.

I'm torn with the service, I'm sure the staff do great work and I'm actually friends or acquaintances of one of them and I know for a fact he's a straight shooter. My only issue, is I buy the service and nothing ever happens. If I don't buy the service, something generally happens.

Geek Squad service is a must if you get anything. The 2-year accidental service is necessary if you break your item on accident. The customer service as well is on point and very fast. I would recommend it and the price usually depends on the product, but it is usually worth it.

I’ve used Geek Squad for the longest time when it comes to having a warranty for items that don’t already come with any, or that i just want to protect. The staff are the friendliest people, and they are super helpful with answering any questions, even if they’re not about any product you’vepurchased. Would recommend buying this insurance whenever possible for any item that offers it.

I love the Geek Squad! Almost every single electronic I bought at Best Buy have this warranty! Because they are the best and if they can’t fix it usually what ever you spent on that product you can use for store credit or they’ll just give you a new one! Save me sooo much money! Love them!

Bought the geek squad warranty for my keyboard as it wasn’t too expensive, unfortunately my keyboard started to act up but the warranty let me exchange it for a new one a year later. Definitely recommend GSP on your heavy use devices
