Works perfectly. Used for work so it can take some abuse. No need for geek squad yet but the insurance is a comfortable feeling.

I buy alot electronic devices cameras, gaming consoles computers and everytime i buy the warranty because i know some of the will eventually ware off so everytime i go to the store the process its really fast and effective so thats why i always buy with best buy and a warranty with geek squad

I will never purchase any electronic or gaming accessory from best buy without including the accidental warranty coverage. It is always a no hassle return/exchange and has never once given me trouble. I live in a house with a very curious and ambitious cat who loves to chew cables, so this is a must for me.

Took my laptop in for a diagnostic check up and update that we were having trouble doing ourselves. Also the track pad and volume was acting funky. They fixed it in a day or so and haven’t had any problems with it since then! They were really friendly and made sure to explain what was the problem and the steps they took to solve it. I always get the plan for these reasons

Excellent protection plan, I love that it's totally upfront and there's no technicalities that they might use against you. You show them the product, explain what happened, and they take care of it from there. I always get it when I purchase important or difficult to replace products!

Very easy to make claims on. I had a replacement plan. I just walked in and they exchanged it for same product on the spot hassle free. And i was able to repurchase a protection plan on the new item to keep it going. Which saved me well over 100 dollars. Which is why i strictly buy my electronics from this store.

I typically pass on the protection plans but when you’re buying things that take constant wear and tear it’s a must have. I also get it for my game controllers cause when something breaks I can just take it in and they just replace it no questions asked

Service could be faster was waiting in line for about 6-8 minutes till I could have anyone help me and I was in the front of the line.

I am not a pc gamer, but the few games i have played on pc are enjoyed mich more witht his keyboard. I like the yexture alonh with the click of the keys. The one thing i am having an issue with is thr LEDs. They work perfectly fine, and all the options through thr downloaded program work well except for the screen mirroring mode. This could be an issue with the program or with my laptop specifically, but other than that this is an amazing product
