We always buy the extra protection due to the fact that things seem to break down more often than not.

Didn’t have to use the warranty but I am glad I have it.

The best headset I have ever used but I regret buying the headset on sale because of that the store charges you the full price of the item in my case the steel series arctic 9 for ps5 magically is no longer sold at Best Buy so I had to get another headset which retailed at 180$ because I had bought the original for 140$ with its original price being 200 I was forced to pay 40 Dollars because it was a different product and an additional 60 For a 2 year warranty which apparently didn’t protect me the first time But as I need the product I had no other choice

Replacement warranty provides my parents with the security and comfort they deserve if something goes wrong.

The products are all functioning well, haven't needed service, but good to know that they are there if needed
