    I always get the extended warranty at Best Buy even though it has gone down in recent years.

    Mic quality is bad. I used to use Steelseries and went to try this out since it looks nice and its a fairly new model. Mic is fuzzy and the audio quality is subpar. Looks great though and battery life is okay
