This is the best gaming 60% gaming keyboard and when I brought it from Best Buy the service was soo good and I got it on sale. This keyboard is good it hasn’t broken or start glitching.

I know some people feel differently about insurance type programs for items and there are definitely ones out there that I avoid like the plague, but Geek Squad has never let me down, I've kicked myself for not getting the coverage, but that's another story... It's absolutely a personal choice and for certain items it's probably not necessary but I would think about getting it for sure!

Had them for about two years but mic started not working turn them and and fast they gave me redund the only thing that sucks i got them for 149 amd they gave me only 99 cuz thats how much they were worth when i returned them

Protection plans for anything are a need, especially with things that you most definitely can step on or break fairly easily.

Appreciate that I am able to add Geek Squad service onto my purchases for a modest price - more than worth it for the peace of mind it brings knowing I can get assistance with issues, repairs, or replacement if necessary.

I brought the Corsair headset for them to fix it and they decided that it needed to be replaced, they don’t have anymore of that product so we went looking for another gaming headset and found one. The staff were very helpful and very nice. They made my experience so much easier.

The replacement policy is top notch at Best buy and leaves me worry free for anything I cover with the policy. NEVER have I had issues with returning faulty electronics! Love Best Buy!

Had issues with 1 of my controllers they replaced it after a year with no questions. Highly recommend

Nice product for the tablet. This keyboard gives you everything you need for the tablet

This expansion card has let me go from 5 games to over 20 and I still have some room. I’m very pleased. Must buy!

Highly recommend the warranty especially if you actively use the products every day. Gave me a sense of financially security knowing that if something goes wrong, that I can easily replace it and get another warranty without breaking the bank.

They don't mess around. You buy that 2 year protection plan, you bring it to the store and they instantly give you credit. AND you dont have to rebuy the plan, its still in effect. AND you can tie it to your phone number or an email and then you dont need a receipt. I do it on everything I buy there now. I also buy more there so I have a local store and dont have to deal with RMAs

Best keyboard I’ve ever used I recommend getting another

I've had many headsets before but none were as much fun as these right here. Everything just fits into place and it costs just right. The wireless range is not the best but the sound quality and especially the mic quality is fantastic. I won't even mention the consort.

The geek squad service is one of a kind. I was having problem with my surface the geek squad helped me step by step to fix everything. I thought I lost all my files. To help me fix it and I'm forever grateful I'm so glad that I had this because it saved me a lot of money
