When to the store to claim that the WD fall and break. The customer service reply that the memory isn't cover by the accidental fall cover under the warranty. Not very happy with the reply by the best buy customer service representative.

I didnt realize this requires a USB device. Now a days laptops are short of USB ports. And this requires one .

It has such short singal even right in fornt of like 5 feet keyboard wont connect but mouse is great for 25 feet thru walls

Hard drive died last week in MacBook. Hard drive Diagnosed as defective by Apple repair technician. Attempted to get hard drive swapped out by Best Buy geek squad. Became so frustrated with technicians and their process that I just gave up. Easier to just pay Apple technician for a new hard drive than to schedule a consultation in their store at an inconvenient time to attempt to get hard drive replaced. Don’t know why I did the geek squad thing anyway.

Didn’t really like the controller and the clickyness of the controller is very weird.

Replacement is good for only a one time use and not like a regular warranty. If the product goes bad again within the period of time you are oput of luck and no replacement.

You buy these services thinking they will make things easy. At the end of the day they just make you jump through hoops to identify an issue you tell them about.

This is the typical coverage plan they sell you for everything you buy. Please stop asking if I need this or don't. ITs kind of silly not to offer this for free. As it stands you need to buy the coverage, login, register your product. I couldn't register my product and now my coverage is pointless. Asking for a refund gets you put into an ever cyclical loop of 'sorry we can't refund you and even though you can't register your product we don't care' Sad and useless. Used to be worth it not anymore.

Horrible gaming keyboard might want to try something else

The keyboard and mouse were cheaply made and they did not last even 3 months

The connection is VERY weak. The mouse has never worked and I cannot find my receipt to return it. However I like the keyboard and how it types

Okay for quick and easy use! Has the right amount of click to it it’s quiet and durable.

It is just difficult to talk to them, I've spent hours trying for them to solve me a problem and sending me links that never helped me.

Be carful to read the details very carefully. Geek squad warranty will be considered fulfilled even if there are manufactured defects and you use manufacture warranty within 1st year of purchase date.

Wait time and charges were to big. I was quoted one price the day I left the product and then they changed it and charged me more money.

Hard to type can't control the color board. There were no instructions in the box. Too wide of a key board. I tried it for a month. But then was told it was too late to return it. I want to return it. It is now sitting in a box and I have no key board. Uuuugggghhh!!!

When purchasing the $99 Logitech MX Keys keyboard i decided to pay $15 of the 2 year plan. So with product in hand I stopped by the Geek Squad where a very nice new young employee attempted in vain to have his boss (standing next to him) answer a simple question about how the program works. The response from the boss wast RUDE CONDENSING and horrible treatment! This manager needs serious TRAINING in being CIVIL to customers!!
