Zero stars for quality control! I literally just received this half hour ago. went through unboxing and setting it just to plug it in and.... nothing. No power. Tried different outlets and same result, the power light wont turn on nor is there any sound from the speakers. Pluged in the cheap ones that I have been using and have sound. These WILL be going back for a refund. I guess I will try Klipsch next.

pointless. you have the protection plan and you still gotta pay out of pocket for things. the coverage is very limited and only in rare instances do the covered accidents happen.

I bought this on accident. It's very easy to overlook this add-on when checking out. Generally speaking, I do not purchase insurance on items that are easily and cheaply replaced.

I got this to use with my keyboard and mouse but i never got the confirmation email to set it up. I tryed contacting the support phone number and got the run around so i just chucked it up as a lose and got a Allstate plan instead.

picture is keyboard and mouse. not sure when i bought a keyboard mouse combo. if its for the protection plan... ive never used it because i forget i have it. but if i ever use it, it has its uses.... lol

Warranty was optional for a headset I bought so have not used it yet
