Had to return this. Massive keyboard and mouse latency. Probably due to having half of Best Buy crammed into my living room. Lots of signals to interfere but still...

i honestly dont remember buying this. gotta check my receipts.

It was good at first but then it started to freeze up and the mouths everytime i use ed it it wouldn't work or would freeze up same with the key bored wouldn't type sometimes

Does not work with Mac mini 4! It may pair well with others

Over charge for geek squad when somethings are a easy 5 mins fix

When your devices goes out within 90 days, go through the manufacturer because geeksquad 2 year protection is then over.

Had to call BBB on them because they tried to give me the date of purchase as my start date when I hadn’t even received the product. How you doing technical support on merchandise that hasn’t reached the customer yet. They definitely need to fix that and I’m not the one for games!

Garbage. Support for the 'protection' is non-existent and should just replace the damaged item when brought in, not make you wait months for a repair that they don't even do before crediting you back what you paid as opposed to replacing it.

Didn't end up needing it, waste of money. I forgot to read the box and look at the warenty from the manufacturer. Always look at the warenty from the manufacturer before buying this.

Great service would recommend anyone that is looking for protection

Still unsure why the protection plans are so expensive plus there useless for 1 year due to manufacturer warranty so one year goes to waste I do jot recommend this protection plan

Best buy allows you to pay for protection thru progressive leasing and then won't honor your protection plan

I didn't want this, and have no option to return it without returning the disk that they slid this in on. I guess I just paid an extra $50 for a $200 disk. Nice.

Did not purchase this intentionally it was added on without my knowledge at check out and when I tried to cancel after order placed was unable to . Beware of service plans add ons!

Couldn't replace my item so the offered me what they considered current retail on it but that wasn't enough to replace it elsewhere. Totally useless, never again.

Only a good value if you need a direct replacement for a damage item. They will not attempt to retrieve any data from a hard drive which was the only reason I purchased this.
