I've always appreciated the work by the squad. They've saved me a few hundred bucks for problems I couldn't figure out myself. They inspired me to learn more about computers. When I was little I wanted to work at best buy just to be in the geek squad lol

I love this keyboard that attaches to the iPad. The keyboard connects easily and disconnects easily, makes it easier for typing in the included case with the keyboard is excellent as well.

I love the warranty for best buy cause you would get your money back even though the item is not the same price you will get it for the price you bought it, it is really great to have warranty and be fully covered in case anything goes wrong.

This Protection Plan just makes sense for us to have. I love the new keyboard and mouse and I need to keep it working. Since the keyboard and mouse are wireless, they do not live on the top of a desk. I love my wife, however, she is accident prone (and she freely admits it!) and we have a bit of a rambunctious pooch, so accidents can happen. Therefore it made sense to get this Protection Plan with our new keyboard and mouse combo.

2nd one I’ve bought and it’s still working like a pro

When I got my monitor the never explained how the guaranteed worked so when I cracked my screen I thought I could get a replacement but when I went the said it didn’t cover cracked screens but they never told me that
