This keyboard is so good, so responsive,but its a bit expensive

This is a really great mouse it feels very smooth its so cool

I've had these for about 5 months since my other headset broke and when I first got it, I plugged the usb in and it bent. After that i've always been catious using the usb, but since it's the only way to use it,I knew it eventually would stop working, and yesterday, it was working perfectly fine and then I went to use it at night and it hasn't worked since, the headset turns on, but won't connect to the usb for anything.

Good: Nice RGB. Lots of nice features. Wireless. USB-C charging. Not so good: Overpriced. First key stroke after sleep doesn't register, just wakes up the keyboard. Need to re-enter desired key. Whenever it goes to sleep, it wakes your PC. Both are documented issues that never got addressed. Logitech G915X has all the benefits, none of the cons, is 2/3 of the price, and is much easier to type on in my opinion.

Higher DPI, smoother buttons and wheel (and textured side grips) for the same price as the old B100 I'm replacing.

I have purchased 3 of these headsets, one for me, and two for my friends. They have really good quality in both audio and in the microphone but after a little over 3 years of owning them each one developed a fatal issue. Two headset's mics started to develop unbearable, terrible quality. While another headset stopped producing sound out of one ear. Were the headsets worth it? Its hard to say.

I usually add protection, but sometimes the manufacturer warranty will last for longer than the Geek Squad coverage would.

Battery life is incredible. Nice weight, size and shape. The worst quality though is the unbalanced wheel. In free spin mode it will move on its own when moving the mouse around, scrolling the screen. This forces me to keep the wheel locked until I need a free spin which is an extra step. The wheel is made cheaply as possible. No weight because it's hollowed out plastic. Wish it was the metal one like my G700s has.

Best Buy sold this item to me on March 14, 2925 as new when it wa used. I should have noticed when I purchased that there was no round seal Logitech always uses. The keyboard was a gift for my granddaughter so I did not open the packaging until her birthday yesterday. As I initially thought the keyboard had been previously sold. The tissue the keyboard is supposed to be wrapped with was under the keyboard in the box. I confirmed the packaging details with Logitech. Best Buy refused the return of the used keyboard they sold me. Buyers beware of Best Buys unethical business practices.

Got the product today! It was well worth the price and comes in very clutch.

They set up my mouse and headset pretty quick and fast

Sound quality is decent and headset is very comfortable. 3 stars is because I’m unable to complete the firmware update.

I purchased this and after about 6 months the 3 key on the side I had to start pushing it multiple times to work. Now almost 8 months the 1,2, left arrow and sometime the 5 all have to be pushed multiple times and hard. When typing in numbers for work I am constantly having to stop a redo it. As of right now I have not had any issues with the mouse.

I am so disappointed in Best Buy. My Garmin watch stop charging properly and I took it in under warranty and I was told I only get 50% of its worth back towards another watch because I used rewards points on the original purchase and those are non refundable. I spoke with 3 reps on the phone and was told a manager would have to assist me at the store and then said manager said their was nothing they could do. Apparently you're rewards don't count as money? I feel like I have been stolen from buy a store that sells faulty products.

great value on sale, but dang that scroll wheel sounds and feels like it's styrofome. could been a 4+ maybe even a 5 star product if it wasn't for that!

Great product and great space upgrade for the ps5 only thing is they didn't send the screw or install ring with it

Had this mouse since 4/17/2024, its now 10/22/2024. The mouse was great at first. A month ago, with a snap of a finger it just died on me, the battery. Yeah i charge it as needed but it would die within 1 day of being charged where it would last me like a week. The setting for bluetooth does not allow you to turn off the lights completely, which I think is the root of the drainage. Their advertisement is false and it feels cheap. I am just angry that i spent $150.00 at the time. what a piece of crap.

Keyboard feels great and high quality, but it is sooo LOUD! I just bought it and its already driving my roommate nuts. Typing on it gives me a headache
