so I ordered this item, which is 2 TB with SATA 3 ssd written on the box. I drove 10 miles back n forth with excitement, just to pick up the item from the store in Hawthorne. It ended up being a 1TB with SATA 1... not even 2 but 1. The box looked new but the product inside had signs of use, which was not what I expected. Now I have to drive another 10 miles back to the store for the exchange. great job BestBuy.. perfect.

I usually don't review things unless it's obvious the other reviews are fake. This headset has absolutely terrible speakers and an abysmal mic. Like my old kracken 7.1 from 2017 sounded better and had a better mic... If you want a actual good razer headset and don't mind wires the Kracken Ultimate or any of the other krackens destroy this headset in terms of sound quality, build quality, and mic clarity.

I ordered this to have shipped to my house. They just shipped it in a best buy bag. I thought it was going to be packed considering it is a pretty expensive piece of hardware. The Wacom box was all dirty like it had been kicked around or something. And a month later the screen had and issue and I had to go through Wacom to get a replacement. Not going to have things shipped by best buy again. Can not be trusted to keep items safe.

Item I received was a craftily put back together open box. We'll see how it works and perhaps then will update the review.

Doesn’t work properly with M2 Mac Mini. Stops working every 3 minutes, requiring you do plug out and plug in. Other similar reviews confirm this is a known issue.

Wires do break after a period of time. if you want long term this not the head set for you

Well as of 09/03/2020 I had an update to Windows 10 and so far I keep get disconnects all day so I tried everything and even reinstalled windows 10 and still same problem. I decided to go back to my laptop and my other desktop just to check it and as soon as I updated the laptop it started on it as well. So frustrating! The sound on Music is awesome but when it comes to gaming they suck really bad.

The keyboard has a hardware flaw where it will repeat letters. You will type something and often get more than one letter. Someethingg likke this wiill appear on the screen. You can only fix this by removing the management software. You can google this issue and watch lots of YouTube videos on how to fix, but in the end it is a problem with the electronics and switches.

Don't ever sign up for Geek Squad My mother purchased a contract years ago. She is now in a nursing home with no electronics. They keep charging her credit card they won't allow me to cancel the contract even though I am the Power of Attorney Because of that, I am through with Best Buy It really deserves no stars or negative stars

Purchased this keyboard on May 26, 2023 and the keys have started to stick less than a month after purchase, nothing has been spilled on the keyboard, very disappointed in the product. Sadly, the keyboard is no longer returnable.

SSD was defected out of the box, looked perfectly fine until i reset my pc to put windows and everything went wrong, never buying again

They will only honor warranty claims for in store drop offs. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARENT CLOSE TO A STORE. Ive wasted $30 between a few devices and there isn't any way to ship my item in for inspection and the closest best buy is 3.5 hours away. There was no mention of in store only when I purchased.

Worst mouse in the history of mouses. The customizable buttons serve no purpose as they reset to default on their own multiple times per hour. Wouldn’t recommend this mouse to anyone.

Absoulte garbage it comes on rainbow color then turns red and wont change colors. The thing already stopped working several times and had to be unplugged and plugged back in. I will be taking the garbage back ASAP. I will be buying another Razer keyboard like the one this trash was supposed to replace.

Junk. Only lasted 1.5 months. Kept saying it couldn't read the USB. Tried other USB and no issues. Had to go buy another one today and it def wasn't this brand. They only give you like 30 days to return when purchasing online so I had to trash it.

In less than 1 hour of my initial use, I've lost all my saved data, about 300GB. This WD - Easystore 2TB became nonoperational and couldn't even be reformatted!

Worked well for 3 months or so. Western Digital did replace a HD (which didn’t fix it). Emailed them back to try to fix things - no response.

Did not work, had to return. 1. Has this squeaky noise when turned on 2. Software is not going to be installed unless "agree" to share info 3. Did not record any files. Just kept popping up "Error" message that files can't be written (I had mostly jpeg and pdf)

Way too sensitive. Very prone to errors. Im not playing around this keyboard is way too sensitive. If you barely touch the key it will register it gets very annoying no matter how good of a typer you are.

Bought on November 29th, 2022. Suddenly stopped working on February1, 2023. very disappointed. I don't do reviews, Just warning people. These are junk.
