Look at what you're purchasing and how much they are asking for this warranty for your product. Some things I buy I am blown away by how inexpensive the warranty is. But yes, warranties are to make money. Shipping out something important and waiting for it to come back sucks too though. Weigh your options.

I have been told time and time again to purchase protection in case of an accidental breakage that's covered. I chose to purchase it as the price is great and the Geek Squad has a great reputation for fixing whatever electronics end up having a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use the added protection however, if I do I'm sure the Geek Squad will come through abd fix any issues that are covered.

had a bunch of PC peripherals all die on me at the same time and they replaced them all the same day, and even credited me the difference since prices had dropped. I basically got a USB microphone for 75% off because of these contracts.

Geek squad returned my item, and went to the back to find me the replacement headset I wanted.

I saved $80 thanks to geek squad and I don't have a lot of money left.

I will say the register rep was not the most friendly, but got it taken care of. Thank you for your help.

Rarely have I had issues with products purchased from Best Buy. On those occasions when I had to use my projection plans to resolve a matter, Best Buy’s service personnel responded quickly to address my need. They have been courteous, prompt and always well prepared. This service is well worth the cost for the return on the investment.

Good for piece of mind. Better/cheaper than getting total tech for me and seems to be just as good!

Gave me peace of mind, did not end up needing it in the two years for this sturdy keyboard luckily.

Still using 5 years later, geek squad always had my back when I experienced water damage at work.

I always get a Geek Squad plan on anything I buy. Learned years ago that it's the easiest and most reliable way to protect any investment I make in new purchases.

This is my second Logitech Keyboard. My only issue is for some reason over a period of time the keys wear away. I wish they would come out with some sort of protector that would go over the keys to protect them from wearing.

Without spending an arm and a leg, these are best bang for buck. Good bass, can get pretty loud if you try. Dont need a lot of space but if your setup is very tight and compact, smaller speakers would probably be better

glad I had the squad at my back! Old trakball had lost parts when I moved, and they were exceptionally helpful to me. Th store I purchaced the trakball at did not have the one I was asking about, and they said I could get the other style,(just pay difference in cost) I did, and will keep my geek squad protection for as long as i can! it's worth every penny!

I am glad I bought the replacement contract because the keyboard did not work right for the month I had it. Logitech support leaves much to be desired. Because of past experience with them, I bought the replacement contract and it was very easy to exchange the defective unit. Replacing anything with Logitech takes a long time and costs you to ship it so the replacement agreement is a good deal.

Really worth the extra few bucks to have a seemless transaction with return a broken or defective product

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

We are glad that Best Buy offers the Geek Squad Replacement program. So far we have not had to replace any of the electronic devices or appliances we have purchased but it is nice to know that we can if we need to.
